3.1 User Obligations:

• Legal Compliance: Content must be legal, consensual, and compliant with local, state, and federal laws.

• Prohibited Content: Includes but is not limited to:

  • Non-consensual material.

  • Depictions of minors.

  • Obscene material

  • Content that promotes violence, hate, or illegal activities.

  • Users confirm that they are over the age of 18 years old of age 

• PROHIBITED Request:

• Users are prohibited from impersonating others, engaging in harassment, or violating the rights of others

• Animal-Related Content

• Any content involving or depicting sexual acts with animals is strictly forbidden.

• Deceased-Themed Content

• Content involving or simulating sexual acts with corpses is strictly prohibited.

• Age-Restricted or Minor-Themed Content

• Depictions or simulations of minors in any form are banned.

• Violations will result in immediate account termination and notification to law enforcement.

• Non-Consensual Acts

• Any content that portrays or implies non-consensual sexual acts, coercion, or force is strictly prohibited.

• Extreme Violence and Torture

• Content depicting physical harm, mutilation, extreme BDSM resulting in injury, or torture is not permitted.

• Bodily Fluids

• Content featuring or fetishizing bodily fluids such as urine, feces, vomit, or similar is prohibited.

• Extreme Degradation and Humiliation

• Content portraying extreme humiliation or dehumanization in a degrading manner is strictly banned.

• Exploitation of Vulnerable Individuals

• Content exploiting vulnerable individuals, including those under duress, intoxicated, or unable to provide consent, is strictly forbidden.

• Incest or Family Roleplay

• Content explicitly portraying real incestuous relationships is banned.

• Family roleplay themes (e.g., "step-family" scenarios) must be clearly fictional and comply with all legal standards.

• Hate Speech or Discriminatory Content

• Content that promotes hate speech, extreme racism, or abusive discriminatory behavior is prohibited.

• Self-Harm or Suicide Fetishes

• Content depicting or encouraging self-harm, suicide, or life-threatening acts is not allowed.

• Illegal Drugs or Paraphernalia

• Content featuring the use of illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia in sexual contexts is strictly prohibited.

• Immediate Account Suspension or Termination: Your account will be immediately deactivated.

• Law Enforcement Notification & Collaboration: Any violations involving illegal activity, such as age-restricted content, non-consensual acts, violent, or animal-related content, will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

• Forfeiture of Earnings: Any earnings accrued through prohibited content will be withheld.

3.2 Creator Obligations:

• Buyers are encouraged to provide clear and respectful requests when ordering custom content.

• Creators are required to communicate professionally and fulfill requests to the best of their ability within the agreed-upon terms.

15.2 Feedback System: We provide an integrated feedback system where fans can review their experience with creators, helping to ensure accountability and maintain high service standards.

15.3 Prohibited Behavior: Lust Library prohibits any behavior that undermines trust or the professional relationship between fans and creators. This includes:

• Failure to deliver content after payment has been verified.

• Misrepresentation of content or requests.

• Harassment or inappropriate communications from either party.

15.4 Dispute Resolution: All parties are protected under Lust Library’s Dispute Resolution Policy to address any conflicts arising during a transaction.
